In stock items usually ship within 1 business day. Special order items can take 2-3 weeks as listed on the product page. If an item is on back order, we'll notify you with an estimated time of arrival.

On the back of your credit card, it's the 3 digits by the signature panel for Visa, MasterCard & Discover. For American Express, it's the 4 digit number above your credit card number on the front.
