Return & Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy: Most items sold on our website have a 1-year manufacture warranty. The warranty covers defects in material and craftsmanship. Items replaced by Accessory Solutions do not qualify for warranty. If any accessory purchased from us fails during the warranty period, please contact us below.
Return Policy: Purchases may be returned within 30 days of your invoice date for a refund (unless marked as "Non-returnable"). All items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition with the original packaging and include all accessories and user manuals. A restocking fee of 15% may apply if the return shows signs of use or ordered by mistake. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is not included or refunded unless an error was made on our end.
Return Instructions: Please fill out the Return Request Form below. Once verifying your order, we'll issue you an RMA number and return instructions. Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.
